About

Dana "Hyde" Parker knows first-hand the stress of buying and selling a home and how that stress escalates with relocation to a new, unfamiliar area. Dana and her husband spent the first half of their lives moving every 24-36 months as they both moved up the corporate ladder. They moved to Tampa, fell in love with the Tampa Bay area, and have called Hyde Park home for the last 15 years. Now you know why we call her Dana "HydeParker." After 18 years of living and investing in real estate in the Tampa Bay region, Dana wants to use her passion and extensive knowledge to help you have a positive, stress-free buying or selling experience. She's owned homes in Clearwater Beach, Lutz, and South Tampa, along with several investment properties.

Her prior 20+ years of corporate experience and 13 years at a Fortune 500 company, exemplifies her ambition, leadership, and professionalism. Dana gets things done on-schedule, done right, and stress-free.

When not working, Dana enjoys entertaining friends, discovering the latest cool dining spot, attending the tour of homes, and shopping in Hyde Park Village. You may see her biking, running, or walking on Bayshore Boulevard.
She and her husband are avid supporters of The Straz Theatre, All Children's Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, and The Leukemia Lymphoma Society.

Let Dana make this significant life decision as easy and stress-free as possible. She can help you select the best neighborhood and home for your family's needs. She can also make great personal recommendations for everything from the best physicians, dentists, spa services, events, to the best brunch and dinner destinations. Ask her how to get on the list for the invitation-only, chef-led tour of Italy dinners, or how to get in at the latest hot-spot.

Her no-pressure sales approach alleviates much of the stress often associated with today's complex real estate process. Dana uses effective and transparent communication to keep you informed every step of the way.
